Ida Lewis Yacht Club is open each year from the middle of May through the middle of October. Specific social functions and news of sailing events are announced in the club Newsletter, by special mailings to the membership, emails, and on the club bulletin board which is located on the exterior galley wall.
Services, Use and Rules
A few friendly general reminders about these weekly events at the club:
Tables may not be reserved.
The galley and club manager’s shop and office are off limits.
Please refrain from feeding the seagulls.
Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times. It is particularly important that you are in control of your children around the salad bar and dining area.
No Children are allowed at the bar whether or not they are with their parents.
The docks and rocks are off limits. Youth shall not play on the pier below the painted line at the wide locker area.
Children under the age of 8 and non-swimmers under 12 must wear a life preserver at all times.
No running, swimming, fishing, bare feet, or offensive language. Appropriate behavior is expected at all times.
Please remember to clear your own table after Grill Nights and Sunday Brunch. Please be thoughtful of your fellow club members who may be coming along after you.
Cell phone usage and smoking is prohibited north of the shop walk ramp.
Dogs are prohibited north of the shop walk ramp.

COLORS – Please observe proper etiquette during colors –At Sunset, the warning bell will sound, followed by the cannon. Please stand in silence while the American flag is being lowered. An officer of the club will indicate when the ceremony is over. (This does not occur on Sunday evening.)
